You sure? Because A Fish Tale has very low prices on Amazon and that's a Danish animated film too.

It's just that I find it perplexing a movie about Disco worms somehow costs 20 bucks to buy it on Blu-Ray.

Barnes and Noble want $30 for it, so consider $20 a bargain.

This one made me laugh. I love the tag the bear is wearing.

The Disco Worms cover is making me wonder if Hollywood is running out of animals and organisms to anthropomorphize.

I remember when that Gnatrat comic was released in the 80s to cash in on the B&W boom. It quickly went into the bargain bin.

Mark Martin was doing a satire of the Batman franchise, the superhero genre, and some other stuff—not trying to cash in on anything. I doubt that anyone thought a comic about a rat who dresses as a gnat to fight crime would become a big cash cow.

Outside of TMNT, I'm not sure if there was much cashing in going on. Flaming Carrot / Mystery Men, very very tangentially.

Which reminds me, did no critic take the opportunity to make a "sub-Park" joke?

Personally, I'd be more concerned about drowning in manatees than turning thirty.

Aardman's recent output has also been sub-Park.

It's rated PG, I wonder if that includes visible guidance from your invisible parent.

Forest Whitaker as Nick Nolte sounds kind of awesome.
