And what a perfectly simple and correct cover for My Darling Clementine (not wild about clementine orange text but still)

Oh dear God those Tati covers are heartbreakingly gorgeous.

I don't quite get The Vanishing. Like, is it a detail of something in the movie I don't remember, or is it one of those things where if you look at it a certain way you see a hidden image? I kinda like it anyway.

This is shaping up to be a great month. I won't even be so crushed if we have to wait (as I expect) for November for Tootsie. They had me at Jour De Fete, and after the fairly hideous Demy box this Tati box is beautiful so far.

And while I was posting F FOR FAKE holy fucking shit!!! One of my favorite films of ever.

Now it makes sense! That is a pretty great cover, and I couldn't be looking any more forward to the film. Haven't seen it since it scared me as a child.

That cover for La Dolce Vita is so gorgeous it almost makes me want to consider giving the film another chance. Almost.

Wait is there really some kind of hidden image here that I'm missing?

Try looking at the thumbnails of the cover on Criterion's site.
