Quarantined Monthly Guessing Thread

[Lowry_Sam]

Criterion changed the first page of the site to a directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa for the channel. That means announcements tomorrow

What's the connection?

[FrauBlucher]

I noticed whenever they update the front page on announcement day before announcements are revealed, the announcements fall to the next day

[Blutarsky]

Same goes for their Instagram page. If a new post/story drops before 9am PST chances are the announcement is the following day.

Today we got the Herbert Nordrum in the closet post at 7am PST.

...and now that you've mentioned it, watch them mess up your prognostication tool next month (probably too late for this month).

No doubt as they play I spy

Since The Devils opens today theatrically in the US, I guess it's either now or never for Criterion to reveal whether they still have it. Maybe that's why there were no announcements yesterday.

Unless they're saving it for February (flash sale) or July (B&N sale).

Interesting that they delayed the titles and didn’t have a “pardon our delay post” this time

Hopefully that doesn't mean they're being delayed until Monday.
