Yeah, but often on announcement day they'll still tweet unrelated things. If they said on their Facebook that the announcements are today, then I'll hold them at their word. I'm just not too worried because they often announce 4-ish or after (I'm central time, by the way).

There's not exactly some shocking alchemy to it - they do it on the 15th unless it falls on the weekend. So it'll be the 17th - St. Patrick's Day isn't a work holiday unless you're a raging drunk in a city with a parade and have some extra paid time off.

Rumor has it the folks at CC are serious party animals and St Paddy's Day is kin to a national holiday.

Yeah, but in 2016 not only will they announce titles on my birthday, but since it's a Tuesday hopefully something I want will be released on it. That'll make up for it.

Our meaning in this life is to possess a complete library of Criterion Collection titles in our preferred format, whether that be BD, DVD, or both.

Maybe they just decided to stop releasing physical media altogether. No more announcements. Only Filmstruck.

Worse than them being late by a day or two every month is bumping this thread a week after titles were announced to say "Late every month"
