Yeah, I think the bulk of the speculation of No End emerged when they released their other Kieślowski Kino. I had forgotten that it's likely something Criterion can release, such is Criterion's current backlogged state.

I've read somewhere on this forum that it has been restored. So, hopefully Criterion will re-release it. ULOB was my first, as well--and for a long time my only Criterion title until I started buying blurays.
