Until the End of the World is a strong late contender for cover of the year.

I'm loving this theme for Reichardt release covers

Old Joy might be their best cover art, ever.

I love all four covers.

Not sure the last time there wasn't an obvious weak link.

I like a lot Until the End of the World but this kind of title placement is getting quite tiring.

Not too keen on the title placement for Old Joy, but that's about the most negative thing I can say about these covers.

None of the trio of new covers are bad, which is great, but they’re also nothing to write home about. The Wenders looks like a Chillwave YouTube channel screen

Until The End of The World's image within an image makes it a nice companion to the [Safe] cover too! Perhaps they were done by the same designer.

And the Old Joy cover is great, and at least shows that they know who the true star of the film is!

There was absolutely no way to go wrong with Temple Drake's cover. Fantastic.

However something was bugging me all day about Until the End of the World and it just hit me. In a lot of way it reminds me of:

Love the covers for the Wenders and Reichardt films, the latter of which I’ve been interested in seeing for years! Might be a good time for a blind buy...

Interesting, how they slightly tweaked the Tunes of Glory artwork : it's a bit more zoomed out, so you see the edge of the drawing, and they added the names of Alec Guiness and John Mills. It looks better that way.

Old Joy is definitely the weakest of the four. For some reason it reminds me of the cover of an Enid Blyton book. Two Go Hiking anyone?

Diabolik DVD tweeted about the size of the Godzlla box (pretty sure the dimensions were known but not he weight.)
GODZILLA BOX
DIMENSIONS 10 3/4” x 14 1/2”
Over 3 Pounds
and they said, like the Bergman set, it will be in its own shipping box.

Apologies if this is the wrong sub, but I do have a question about replacement packaging for damaged digipaks. Does anyone have experience here ordering them, and I assume they are shipped flattened? What sort of assembly is required for digipaks? Do you need to glue the disc tray, etc.

Wondering if it is worth it to seek out replacements. I’m aware Criterion offers them but I am clueless as to how that process works for digipaks.

Outer boxes arrive flat from the factory and you shape them yourself. No glue or anything required.

You can order replacement packaging here

Thanks for the reply. I did order an outer slipcase and the inner digipak disc holder. I assume at that point they may assemble it themselves unless the disc holder is also flattened with the disc tray separate.

If you ordered both the outer case and the inner digipack disc holder, wouldn't they ship them assembled together since it's basically be the whole thing minus disc and booklet ?
