Kino Insider, any chance you might release Murders in the Rue Morgue? Also, did we ever get the specs for Naked Alibi?

We asked for
Murders in the Rue Morgue, but it ended up with another label. The aspect ratio on the
Naked Alibi master we had received was incorrect. Our May or June release will be 1.85:1, the film's correct intended ratio.

Outstanding work with Night Stalker, Night Strangler & Grissom Gang.
Looking forward to Silent Partner. Hope it’s from a new restoration as the above were.

Thanks for sharing, but unless I'm mistaken, that's not a Studio Classics release, which is why your previous post on this was moved to the
dedicated Kino thread

Yeah, my bad. Blu-ray.com and HTF wants us to share some of the non-KLSC older titles with them. You can go ahead and remove it.

DIAMONDS FOR BREAKFAST (1968) Color 102 Minutes 1.85:1 Rated M
Four thieves try to steal the Imperial Jewels of Russia! Swinging playboy Grand Duke Nicholas Wladimirovitch Goduno (Marcello Mastroianni,
Marriage Italian Style), a direct descendent of the Romanov family who were overthrown in the Russian Revolution of 1917, learns that his family's crown jewels will be exhibited at a London museum and plots to steal them. He gathers a crew of beautiful but dangerous women, led by Bridget Rafferty (Rita Tushingham,
The Knack… and How to Get It), to assist in his plot against Popov (Warren Mitchell,
The Crawling Eye), the Soviet functionary in charge of the exhibit. Wonderfully directed by Christopher Morahan (
Clockwise) and beautifully shot by Gerry Turpin (
Seance on a Wet Afternoon, The Whisperers).
This one has a really great cover, and it's not just because I'm a sleazeball, I swear:

I also adore Link beyond reason. Fingers crossed they can find the pre-Cannon longer cut of the film, or find some way to include the extra scenes currently only available on the (dubbed) French DVD.
