Bold move not to reference the 3D disc anywhere on the
Pina cover. Regardless, such a great month for cover art.

I imagine there will be a big sticker on the shrinkwrap.

The cover for The Tin Drum might be one of my favorites in the entire line.
Outstanding!

That packaging is just beautiful. The booklet design is haunting.

The gun in the curtain on "The Man..." cover looks wrong to me. I really like the cover but the gun has started to bug me!

The gun barrel is quite a bit longer in the film itself!

Criterion updated their "Pina" cover to show Wim Wenders signature and that it contained a 3-d blu-ray

Is there an alternate plastic case for the BLU of Playtime?

The Playtime Blu only ever came in a plastic case, I believe. It didn't keep the DVD digi.

I've just noticed that Rosemary's Baby doesn't list the chapter names either in the booklet or inside the front cover. Are there any other recent releases that don't list the chapters in the printed material? It would be a real shame if this became a trend, as I love Criterion's well chosen and thoughtful chapter names!

I believe Being John Malkovich did this as well...

The Re-release of Rules of the game didn't have chapter names either.

Will definitely rival the David Lean set in the Packaging of the Year voting. Wow. Stunning.

Chris, could you please look in the booklet to see who did the package design for the Pasolini set?

OK, that's better.
I'll go first and say that I really like the Waterfront cover.

I like the Narayama cover quite a bit. I'm glad we're getting the Kinoshita on Blu to pair with MoC's Imamura instead of just another duplication.
