My flash sale order of seven BDs is still stuck in the warehouse, probably because two of them are now shown as "awaiting stock", even though all seven were supposed to be in stock when I placed my order. It's my own stupid fault, of course. After a similar experience two sales back, I vowed never again to put more than two items in one order - there's no minimum order value for free shipping in UK - and that worked out very well for the sale before this one! I shouldn't really get upset - it will take me several weeks to get through the Arrow and Eureka sale BDs that have already arrived - but I 'd just feel happier if they were sitting on my shelf instead of on Arrow's.

UPDATE: Eventually shipped on Monday, 11 April.
UPDATE 2: And arrived Friday, 15 April.

Jeez, still nothing for me in Atlanta. Beginning to get a little concerned now, although given that another thing I ordered recently (that did have tracking on it) made several laps around Atlanta between various sorting facilities for about 3 unnecessary days, maybe it's just more of that.

Mine arrived in Ohio this morning, although according to the Arrow store webpage its still at the warehouse.

Ordered the Fassbinder box when the set's page said they were waiting on stock. Now the set's page says in stock, but my order is still "At Warehouse." Should I pester them about it, or are they just a bit slow about updating order status?

I ordered one on the 24th but got a dispatch email this afternoon, so they're getting to them now.

No email, but I just checked again and mine has been marked as shipped on their site, too! Hooray!

For the second time in about my last four orders from Arrow, a shipment of mine seems to have disappeared. The first time was the Rivette set, with which lots of people seemed to have issues. They had to ship me a second one because the first never arrived. Now, I've used rewards points on the Battles Without Honour and Humanity set, and it's been a month since they say they shipped the set, and it hasn't arrived.

How much longer would you all be inclined to wait before reaching out to them? Since it only cost me "points," should I just write it off and stop ordering from Arrow directly? As much as I want the set, I imagine that the margins on these things aren't great enough that continually shipping out replacement sets doesn't hurt (especially with shipping to the US).

Mine was supposedly sent out June 3. I wonder how long it will take for this to show up (Royal Mail small packet).

I just hit 6 weeks waiting for my order. I'm going to email them today. I feel a little bad, because this is the second time in the last 12 months, but I'm not prepared to just write it off. It may impact my ordering from them directly in the future, though-- not because I don't want to support them, but because I don't want to keep costing them extra product.

Yes, and I'm in the USA! Placed my order on June 28 and had films arrive earlier this week. FYI, I ordered the Allen set and Hangman Also Die with my order, so orders are not being held-up if they included pre-orders it seems.

Same here (mainland EU), ordered on June 28 and arrived middle of the week.

My stuff shipped the day after I ordered them, which was the first day of the sale. No sign of them here in the US as yet. My Taviani set which was ordered in the Spring sale shipped yesterday though.

I just received the Taviani box and it looks wonderful! Arrow packaged it with great care so it arrived perfectly. It was shipped to my work address so I haven't dug into it but hopefully everyone else will receive theirs soon.
