These posters are really becoming a problem, hardly anyone in the US/Canada is receiving them, including MoC Staff! It's crazy.

Is there a (new) delay in production/delivery of the BD editions of Vengeance is Mine and La Planete Sauvage (expected stock & ship date 23th July). I haven't received my copies yet.

Has anyone received their Vengeance is Mine and La Planete Sauvage BDs yet? I ordered mine (along with three older DVDs) on the 23rd and none have arrived yet. (I am in the States.) An order I placed on the 27th arrived yesterday, however.

All shipped now (well Monday to be precise) unfortunately stock arrived too late on Friday for them to go out, you should all have them any day.

Again apologies for the delay.

My Vengeance and Sauvage Blu's arrived today (in the UK).

Received my copies of of "La Planète Sauvage" and "Vengeance Is Mine" today in the United States (east coast). It's amazing how thick these booklets are and funny how they barely fit inside the standard blu-ray case... cases don't even fully close along the center-side seam because of them.

I am happy to report that my Metropolis poster has finally arrived. Thanks for resending it! Did anybody else in the US have troubles/get one yet?

Apologies for derailing the thread bringing this up, but I've had no luck with replies from Eureka via email (both customer and info at) regarding an order I made for Il Grido on the 24th July, the paypal echeque was confirmed as going through on the 30th but have yet to receive the DVD.

Is there a way by email address or maybe PM on here that I can reach someone from Eureka?

I'm still waiting on some dvds I ordered near the beginning of the month- usually they show up in a week. I sent an email, but haven't heard back.

Ordered 'Phantom' on August 18 and nothing arrived yet.
It's a pretty average shipping time but usually MoC orders arrive within a week.

PM me or email me directly. Been out of the office a lot and stuck deep in QC on a few titles so response time is a bot slower than usual. Sorry.

Many thanks for the email addy, got a replacement sent by Kevin, received the disc yesterday.

It does seem like it would be a good idea to have a more formal store set up with customer accounts etc if selling direct is going to be a regular thing. I'd probably use it all the time for buying MOC discs if that was the case.

Yeah, it's being worked on. These things are like building the Great Wall of China though, so bear with us.

Kevin told me he'd send a replacement asap, so we'll wait and see.

It's actually the first time I have any kind of trouble with MoC so I'm pretty confident.

I actually got mine today- so either the replacements were astonishingly fast, or the originals just showed up with a poor sense of timing.

Did any US customers receive an acceptable version of the Metropolis poster MoC offered? I received one that was very banged up, contacted Kevin. He sent another one, that was equally banged up. He also said he sent one that was double-tubed, offering more protection, but I never received that. Meanwhile, he probably thinks I have enough posters to wallpaper my house. I think they've gone out of their way to send some replacements (which didn't pan out), but I'm still without a poster (which was going to hang in my office). I'm mainly curious if other US customers had similar problems and, if so, what the resolution was. Maybe it's just a good lesson to not order a poster from overseas.

Kevin saw this post and apparently another one is in the mail. Fingers crossed that it arrives safely, but MoC seem to be doing their best to get good condition posters in the hands of US customers.

In France, I didn't receive the first one, so I had to ask for a replacement, which came pretty quickly, and almost not damaged (it's just a little crumpled on the edge that was at one extremity of the tube).

Received my Metropolis t-shirt today! Looks great.
