I finally got around to seeing this. Unfortunately, I thought the film was pretty heavy-handed with most of the satirical elements
continually misfiring. Patrick Dewaere, Beatrice Romand, and Miou-Miou weren't given much to work with. I like Michel Piccoli
(and he definitely gives it his all here), but during the whole time I couldn't help but think about Dillinger is Dead and how
much better a film that is.
Are there any other films by Claude Faraldo worth checking out?
