Apatow's first couple of raunchy features were cute enough, but he seriously needs to go back to PG-rated Freaks & Geeks-type territory pronto.

Must have run out of dick jokes, then started filling time joking about how long the movie is.

That just killed any desire I had to see this until I can get it mailed to my house.

I'd rather watch Adam Sandler do Canteen Boy for 2 hours.

This looks terrible. The only humorous thing about this movie is that Judd Apatow found possibly the three unfunniest Jews in Hollywood and casted them in a movie called "Funny People".

Is the film title supposed to be ironic?

I really like Knocked Up (and I think Rudd and especially Mann are fantastic and awards-level in it), but I don't really like The 40 Year-Old Virgin and Superbad. I'll give this one a go, despite the Sandlerness, but the trailer makes it look cloying.

I suspect this will be an Apatowesque screwball comedy with a touch of Sandlerism.

Is anyone forgetting that Adam Sandler gave an Oscar-worthy performance in Punch-Drunk Love, and that just because he's in a movie, that doesn't immediately make it Mr. Deeds?

Wow, how often do you note the Christianity of bad films with three Christian leads?

I think Jews are funnier than Christians, and definitely a lot funnier than Muslims.
