Allen's famously generous deal with UA and Orion grants him absolute authority over every aspect of every release of his films from those catalogues. When Arrow put together their first Woody Allen box, they didn't initially know if he'd approve the inclusion of a big book, and his office took some time to confirm their acceptance - but it was made very clear that nothing was to be included on the discs apart from the trailer.

Indicator put together a more substantial package for The Front, but that's because it's not un film de Woody Allen and so the usual contractual strictures didn't apply. Had they handled the films that Arrow put out, they'd have had to conform to exactly the same rules.

Despite being warned about it by fans, and MoC's Blu-ray having the complete track, TT's Drunken Master will have the old, incomplete Cantonese track:

PLEASE NOTE: In sections of the Cantonese and Mandarin audio tracks where the original dialogue is missing on Drunken Master, an English dub will play

Obviously this doesn't matter because the better (and cheaper) MoC Blu-ray is region free, but still it is worth pointing out this colossal botch job.
