Last Temptation of Christ (blu)
Stray Dog (blu)
Drunken Angel (blu)
Chris Marker Eclipse.

I would be slightly disappointed if that turns out to be the case. While the features on the current disc are good, especially the commentary, there isn't a lot on there, and everything that is there is a port of the laserdisc. The Blu-Ray just being a port of a port would reek of laziness on Criterion's part. I think Criterion would at least get a new interview with Scorsese, if not a whole new commentary and the short films.
All this being said, I will buy The Last Temptation Blu even if there are no new features. It's my favorite Scorsese, and seeing it in high-def is enough to warrant an upgrade.

Does anyone know if Bergman's "Brink Of Life" is with Janus? Also, Criterion is sitting on about 10 Bergman films at least, I think we should petition for an Eclipse box.

Criterion needs more Bergman for sure.

If the remaining Janus or Rialto owned Godards were eclipsed that would be a terrible pity, not to mention redundant.

Yeah, Les Carabiniers and Le Petit Soldat should have stand alone spines.
Dziga Vertov Group films would be a great Eclipse though. [-o<

Is the announcement today (14th) or tomorrow (15th)?...

Announcements are made on the 15th, unless the 15th is on a weekend.

I think the most two majors Bergman released everywhere but in R1 are Monika and From the life of Marionettes.... It is pretty surprising they have not been released yet... I Might upgrade for the CC if they offer nice packages...
And what about Love Streams?!?!?!

Re major Bergman as yet un R1'd - let us not forget what at one time was Bergman's own personal favorite, Sommarlek aka Summer Interlude aka (here in the US) Illicit Interlude. I've been waiting awhile for that and Monika. And will also be more than happy with an Early Bergman Volume II.

I'm gonna say a Renoir, Mizoguchi, or another Ray with the understanding that I truly think there is no hope for such. There, are they going to release one just to prove me wrong and, thereby, make me extremely happpy? We'll see.

Eh, I'm still holding out hope for the Cameron version. Maybe as an extra.

Not too surprising. Too big of an anniversary to pass up (e.g., For All Mankind a couple years ago).

I'd love if it was relegated to extra status, because that's where it belongs. It's barely a footnote to A Night to Remember.

Eh, I haven't seen the Cameron version but A Night To Remember was good, no more than that.

I think they'll milk Red River a bit before they announce...
So my predictions:
Lean/Coward Boxset (any chance of Criterion just moving around the schedule and swapping this with The Koker Trilogy?)
Nanook of the North upgrade
Last Temptation of Christ upgrade
A Night to Remember upgrade
Pierre Etaix Eclipse
