I just got a Green For Danger last night at the Walter Reade Theater at Lincoln Center. I saw Rubin and Ed (Crispin Glover was there, very cool) and outside the screening room itself was a table, and a stack of that postcard was on it. I grabbed one. There was also a postcard of Walker, but it wasn't like one you'd actually get in a Criterion DVD.

I just found the Grey Gardens postcard in Fires on the Plain.

These cards must be really rare. I don't know about you guys but I have 53 Criterion discs and I only have 3 postcards.

My 3 prostcards are Le Samourai, Yi Yi and Grey Gardens.

Hmm. I didn't know Criterion put booklets/postcards in the digipaks. I thought it was only the ones in a case that got either. At least, that's been my experience.

Anybody have a Grey Gardens postcard they want to give up? I have a few to trade, or I'll buy if you name a price, but it has to be in mint condition.

I recently acquired some new postcards that are not up for trade, but thought the group may want to know they're in print -- Sweet Movie and When a Woman Ascends the Stairs!

Most bizarrely, there was a Woman Ascends the Stairs in Paddle to the Sea... but nothing in the other two. (The other packaging oddity being a the Criterion "C" on the security sticker, but nowhere else on the packaging - it's all Janus face, all the time.)
