Treatment: Violet Beauregarde ran away with the angriest Oompa Loompa. Their relationship is complicated.

for that noshame cover, I actually emailed them and offered to make a better one completely free of charge, just so that shit didnt have to sit on my shelf. they emailed me back some bullshit about changing the cover being "unfair to the artist". I replied with something along the lines of "I could do better in ms paint" and didn't get a response. great film though.

Didn't know Noshame used chimpansee-art, but in their defense that bozo the chimp is one of the most acknowledged artist in his field though

The pièce de résistance is the drop shadow behind the guy. That moves it from a shit cover to a santorum cover.

Whose is the Big Floating Head? It's not Fernando Rey and it doesn't look like Harvey Keitel. Looks a little like Tcheky Karyo.
This one looks like a must-see, however.

I don't know what is worst; the cover of the DVD or the fact that this piece of crap gets a 2-disc DVD set at a pretty low price, while I have to pay a premium for Special Editions of Jarhead and Ray
this for some reason reminds me of Kino's SCARLET STREET cover.

It would appear they're readying to catch whatever flies out of Mark Ruffalo's architecturally-engineered vagina in their laundry baskets. Hilarity ensues.

Disappointing; they're making it look like a glittery disco/sci-fi version of "Blast from the Past," which this film is nothing like at all. Another "why didn't they just use the poster?"...

I'd be pretty shocked if that doesn't end up being placeholder art.

I actually don't mind Doom all that much. Sure, it's a bit happy with the blue, but I think the menacing title placement really saves it from bad cover art and places it firmly in the 'eh...' pile.
Side note: It's a shame that the title 'Doom' has lost all meaning through household usage. It's really a very good naming choice.

The funny thing is that even with all the blue it's still more colorful than Doom 3.

It's the official art... or so says amazon. Crimson Tide is a little less embarrassing...
Different here...

But Con-Air is a fucking disaster.
