I'm going to be on holiday from Friday, so if anyone has problems with their order could you email [email protected] before then otherwise you may experience a slower than usual response time.

so...has anyone who ordered Harakiri from the states received theirs yet? i pre-ordered it and it seems like it should have arrived by now...

I ordered directly from Eureka and received it on the 28th of September, which I found pretty remarkable as it was only a couple days after its official release AND I'm all the way up in northern Canada. E-mail Eureka; they're great at replacing items lost in transit.

I pre-ordered from Amazon UK and mine has been here for a couple of weeks.

they replaced a whole set of discs for me over xmas that were lost in transit. pretty amazing of them.

said they're sending a replacement for harakiri.

For what it's worth, my copy of Narayama arrived only on Monday here in Germany, A Man Vanishes last Wednesday.

Didn't order Silent Running but I haven't received Touch of Evil yet (east coast US).

I pre-ordered Narayama and Man Vanishes, but weirdly only received Narayama. Is there anyone else in Oceania waiting on stuff? Or do I need to talk to Kevin.

Never had issues with MOC before and love them to death so I don't want to bug them unnnecessarily.

Same here I ordered Maurice Pialat's Passe ton bac D'abord and Nous ne vieillirons pas ensemble in the Eureka sale on 23rd November and still havent recieved my order nearly 3 weeks later and haven't had a reply from the email i sent. What should I do or who do I need to contact?

I have also never had any problems with MOC before.
