Someone needs to lock this thread as soon as the clue is solved. This always just dissolves into pointless wishlists.

Done. I've been disapproving posts from new users in Newsletter threads days after the title was already guessed for too long - makes absolute sense for this to be handled like the guess thread.

Locked until a mod unlocks it when [or shortly before] the next newsletter clue appears.

I hope Peter Becker is prepared for the thousands of emails calling him a cuck.

Woman of the Year is not a good movie, why in the world would Criterion waste a Warners chit on it

Had it been Trump I would have said "Sbatti il mostro in prima pagina", but Woman of the year seems more accurate...

Maybe they are going to pair it with Adam's Rib, which seems to be similarly OOP except for one of those TCM four packs...

I genuinely love it so they'll be selling at least one copy.

Well, it was the first movie Hepburn and Tracy made together, George Stevens is a significant director, it's in the National Film Library. There's a lot to recommend it for inclusion in the collection.

No doubt one of those Becker or Turrel faves.

There goes my hopes for A Place In The Sun for the George Stevens phantom page.

I found the breakfast scene near the end of Woman of the Year quite hilarious -- I laughed loudly while on my own, which isn't a frequent thing -- but in general I don't feel a strong urge to see it again or to own it. It definitely has a lot of fans though, judging by Twitter.

OK guys, could've done a better job of unlocking ahead of time this month, feedback noted - but this is getting sealed up like the musty tomb it is until the end of November. See y'all then.
