To me, since Fantastic Mr. Fox or The Informant! weren't nominated, The Hurt Locker was the best of the best picture nominees, so I'm more than a little satisfied with that. But I'm still pretty exhausted by what a crappy show it was.

On the bright side, the Academy has now gone four straight years without awarding Best Picture to the worst of the nominees. That's got to count for something.
