Ball of Fire is currently showing on TCM's Essentials. Which is well deserved. But I was surprised when it started a Mirimax logo popped up. Does anyone know how the hell Mirimax ended up with this?

Miramax entered a deal with Goldwyn in 2012 to handle the licensing of their catalog for TV and streaming/VOD.

Thanks. Well, that's a relief knowing it won't affect a physical release. This has all the earmarks of a Criterion release. Hawks, Stanwyck and a screwball comedy
