Hmm, I don't think the "Sarah did it" theme is that subtle. And I was one of the people who missed the whole Juno affair angle.
If this theory is correct, then what's with the scene where the women are discussing the biology and evolution of the creatures? And the scene where the two sisters (Becca and some other name) lay clutching each other and the creature is merely inches from their faces (a scene that obviously requires some suspension of disbelief), would play very differently if they were actually face to face with Sarah!! Why would they later not mention that to Juno when they meet up in a corridor and ask about Sarah? Wouldn't one of them have said something like "Dude, that Sarah bitch has gone fucking ape shit, we need to get the fuck away from her!!!"
I had he impression that the aforementioned clues were simply allusions to Sarah's progressive “descentâ€
