I do.
I'm sorry, but I can't resist seeing Katt Williams wearing a Paula Deen-styled wig. I am just that easy. But that's what happens when
There Will Be Blood gets a limited, slow-to-arrive (2 more weeks?) in Peoria release: it's either see this, or stare at each other for two hours in a parking lot.
Searching for another take on Ice Cube's perfectly dusted circle of a haircut, I found another First Run Features ministrosity:

Just how do they do it, I wonder?

The same people who laugh at those insufferable movietickets.com ads. Every time I go the theater I am truly shocked at the people who genuinely laugh at them.

This is the cover of a Korean crime/gang film, entitled 거룩한 계보 (Geo-rook-han Gye-boo) ...
or in English,
Righteous Ties (2006).
And the cover has one guy righting another's tie.
I really don't know what to make of this.
Irony? Silliness?
And who knows what the Korean title actually means?
Not to mention that a Korean West Side Story is taking place in the background.

Something like "Sacred Family Ties", I think. I assume the "ties" pun doesn't work in Korean, but who knows? They probably just chose the English title hoping it would be confused with
Family Ties.

Oh, good call.
I saw that last week at a shop and meant to post it. The actual dvd even somehow managed to look slightly goofier than that pic.

Well, she does appear to have a masculine second head emerging out of her right shoulder....

He's obviously trying to get a peak at her cleavage.

Should have titled it "Suburban
girl...?" then.

I actually enjoyed
this movie. And the poster was pretty cool. What happened?

The new Wristcutters DVD cover reminds me an awful lot of...

The third part of that tagline is 100% accurate.

I wonder how clever the graphic designer felt when they edited that rearview mirror warning.

the Wristcutters and Suburban Girl covers aren't even remotely bad, this thread has lost its way.

In Finland they made a special edition of The Downfall and used the original poster as a base for the cover
... but it doesn't work at all, mainly because of the awful color choices.

Not wall-to-wall awful, but this would fit into the "best" category if the broom-in-hand Doubtfire was a moving hologram.
But that would never happen. I do quite dig the
Ghoulies-style mugshot on the spine, however.

Looks like all those folks are gathering to look at the big Pacino in the sky.

Looks like the Giant Floating Pacino is about to eat that helicopter like a frog eats a fly.
