No-one's saying that they did. I'm merely saying that because MGM has catered for the much bigger Region A market themselves, it's very much in their interests to insist on Arrow region-locking their version. More like the wrong sort of cult for the regular Arrow fanbase - someone like Jean Rollin or Zulawski would probably come sooner to mind, though the latter probably isn't in need of "rehabilitation" - although these recent acquisitions have shuffled that deck pretty intriguingly... Wasn't Olive supposed to put out some Widerberg films later this year? I'm under the impression that the Swedes have recently done new HD transfers of at least some of them.
