Oops my bad. Maybe it's temporary glitch on the CC site then. Wouldn't be the first time it's happened.

You might wanna try out buying them from dvdpacific. Been buying from them for over 2,5 years now and only received one damaged digipack (The Double Life Of Veronique). They replaced quickly as well.fdm wrote:[Damn that Vampyr cardboard monstrosity; same with Furies, still trying to get undamaged ones...idiot shippers keep insisting on sticking them on the bottom of the box, right in the fucking corner.]
Seconded. I have had no problems since I started using DVD Pacific. As an added bonus, they often have the lowest prices on Criterions, and, since you pay incrementally less for shipping with each additional item you order, you are totally justified in buying many, many DVDs at once.TheGodfather wrote:You might wanna try out buying them from dvdpacific. Untill a total of 12, that isswo17 wrote:Seconded. I have had no problems since I started using DVD Pacific. Actually, that only applies to international orders. If you live in America, the sky's the limit! Though I think the most I ever bought at once was ten.TheGodfather wrote:Untill a total of 12, that is
P.S. No, I do not work for DVD Pacific.DVD Pacific FAQ wrote:With International Mail shipments you may order as many items as you wish but we will separate the shipments to a maximum of 9 to 12 items in any one shipment depending upon if box sets etc. We must employ this restriction on international mail shipments primarily because USPS imposes a 4lb maximum weight limit on all international mail. Please be aware complete separate shipping charges will also apply when any order is split as per above. Domestic mail shipments are not subject to the 12 item limit although we may upgrade your shipment to a courier ground service dependant upon weight and value of any single shipment. This upgrade will be at the sole discretion of DVD Pacific. There will be no additional charges applied for an upgrade in shipping at our discretion.
I gave up on dvdpacific a long time ago. Too many dented/dinged up dvd cases (not even caused during shipping), and the last time I got such was given shit about returning perfectly fine merchandise, nothing wrong with it etc.TheGodfather wrote:You might wanna try out buying them from dvdpacific. hmmm, that`s too bad to hear. Never had those kind of problems with them...fdm wrote:I gave up on dvdpacific a long time ago. S'ok, I pretty much hate them too anymore. Love-hate thing. [Amazon likes to bubble bag their (or at least my) 2-day shipments, regardless of what's in them.]Feego wrote: I order all of my Criterions from either Amazon or DeepDiscount. I recently ordered Vampyr from Amazon and Mishima from DD, not to mention the Dreyer set and a ton of others in their last sale. All of my sets have arrived nice and pretty. Never had a problem with dinged up packages or digipacks in the corners of boxes. They never send mine in bubble packages either.
Yea, Amazon bubble bagged my Eclipse Series 10. Looked like an accordion. They boxed the replacement and it came perfect however.fdm wrote:S'ok, I pretty much hate them too anymore. Love-hate thing. They are real (link) - unfortunately, one might add!psufootball07 wrote:These arent on the site yet, where did you find them? Or were these ones you made?

It really looks like they spent five minutes making that cover. What a truly dreary work. The banality of it is almost crushing.mfunk9786 wrote: The Spy Who Came In From the Cold is just so bland. It's not a terrible photo to use, but the text just makes it certifiably boring and amateurish.
