ha! I'm with you, totally don't understand why one would spend 3+ hours of their time watching a program they detest.

The only complaint I have any respect for is "why didn't they make this telecast more flawless?"

It's like Wagner - you sit through hours of tedium so you can experience those precious few sublime moments.

At this point we've seen enough of these to not get worked up over anything. That said La La Land winning best picture among other awards, <gasp> 'writing', drives me nuts, but I've had a few months now to poop this reality thru my system.
