I don't know that this counts among the worst DVD covers of all time. I mean MGM has certainly done worse, and at least they've done away with their usual "big head with action in the background" style. I may be going out on a limb here, but I almost kinda like it...Hail_Cesar wrote:

Is THE ARAB CONSPIRACY a retitled version of Connery's mid-70's politcal thriller THE NEXT MAN? His photo looks about the right vintage and that looks like Cornelia Sharpe in the lower right hand corner. Haven't seen it since back in the day. Must be in PD hell.

The empty space, the grey cartoon cityscape, the overly tiny logo, the photos of ladies clipped from a personals ad...and that glow! It's like the inverse of conceptually good taste, all wrapped up in one cover. And I miss Stuttering John like I miss the Mighty Mighty Bosstones: only after midnight.

I remember much earlier someone commenting that there are many atrocious German covers. But I find that some of the Japanese covers tend to be the most slapdash and ugly things. The Straw Dogs cover being a fine example, but I haven't sourced it on the Net, yet.

Wearing metal during a thunderstorm certainly isn't the best thing, that's 300 spartans minus a few on that cover.
