Got my copy of Deep Red today, which was shipped 3 days after the Rivette.

It arrived at my California residence on 21 January.

I got mine last night.

_This_ guy in Massachusetts has NOT yet gotten his copy -- while getting packages from both Hong Kong and France that were theoretically sent several days later. Who is handling delivery in the US -- USPS, UPS, FedEx, some kid with a red coaster wagon?

I am starting to panic a little bit. My copy has not showed up yet (shipped on Jan 15), but Deep Red, which was dispatched on Jan 18 just turned up today! Hope everything is alright with my Rivette parcel [-o<

I was told (by someone on FB) that some snafu by Arrow led to a number of shipments NOT actually being sent until 5 or so days _after_ the date they were supposedly shipped (according to the notice sent out). Not sure this is correct, but offered for what it might be worth.

It's usually USPS, who partners with Royal Mail, right?

It's correct. I had a shipping e-mail dated the 15th Jan.
They actually didn't ship it until the 20th Jan.

Arrow claimed it was a "store error" that sent shipping notices out. And that they didn't have enough packaging material.
No apology was given either.

If your sets still haven't arrived send them an e-mail. And ask them to confirm the date they were sent.

I still have not received it. And Nicole had confirmed to me in an e-mail that it had been shipped on the 15th.
This episode does not project quality service. We can understand mistakes, but Arrow should communicate the actual situation so we know what to expect.

I sent an e-mail, but havent heard anything back yet.

Edit: now heard -- sent on 1-18, please allow 14 days for delivery.

Rivette set arrived -- at long last!

An order from the recent sale shipped out on 1/20 and just arrived today. If the Rivette box actually shipped on 1/20 instead of 1/15 that hopefully should mean it'll arrive in another day or so. I have no idea how it would have got lost otherwise.

Still waiting in Atlanta. Got the shipment notification for 1/15 but I'm guessing mine was in the 1/20 batch. Would've been nice to watch over the weekend in remembrance.

That's good to know - I'm in south Georgia (Valdosta); if you haven't gotten them yet, then I shouldn't be too worried at this point.

A few others have echoed this in the release thread, but I too received a reply e-mail confirming a January 15 dispatch date, and to expect its arrival in fourteen "working" days, which would suggest most of us still (im)patiently waiting will receive it mid-week.

2 friends of mine in NYC and Baltimore both got theirs today? Anybody else? I got mine several days ago...

I'm still waiting on both Rivette and Deep Red here in Boston.

My Rivette set showed up on Vancouver Island today. Very excited to start watching.

I am in New Jersey and have not received Rivette or Deep Red.
I was asked by Nicole to wait for 15 work days from the date of dispatch, 15th of January (for Rivette).
That will be this Friday.
There is no tracking.

Got my Rivette box today in Atlanta.
