I'd like to think they hid that because they didn't want to invoke anyone's memories of the wretchedness that is McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime". Of course, they still draw attention to the wretchedness that is Kate Beckinsale, so they're still idiots.

Shark Firestone is an admittedly excellent name.

By posting those photos, you have officially ruined Christmas. I'll be having nightmares for days.

Is this film as bad as the cover makes it look?

Interesting how you forget that some people exist (Danny Masterson, Dominique Swain) until you're presented with proof of their continued existence.

Leon must be pretty funny to be known by just his first name

And who the hell is that old lady? She probably should have ditched that leopard dress before menopause set in.

I think that might be Agnes Skinner of The Simpsons in real life. Or her double. Hard to tell since Seymour's not on the cover.

Shit man, Leon lost his family name in a crap game the night before the shoot started.
It was just that kind of year for Leon.
He's thinking of pawning the capital L just to eat this week.

Ousmane Sembene and Arnaud Desplechin are two names I confuse all the time.

Well, of course. Their films are so similar, it's really six of one...

Also note it says the from the director of Black Girl and Xala, which also are not Desplechin, but Sembene.

I have the disc myself, although its not at home right now, but i dont remember it having any misprints on the front.

Artificial Eye are terribly sloppy with the info on their covers. The Satyajit Ray Collection Vol 1 has differing release dates for the movies on the main sleeve and the individual disc cases inside, and several AE DVDs I own have erroneous subtitle info on the back covers, Dersu Uzala being one case in point, off the top of my head.
