Sorry if this is an amateurish question, but do we have a best cover art thread?

I knew the Knucklehead poster would be posted in here before long.

The movie musical may not have been dead after all, 'cause it just died.

Please don't tell me that XIII is based on a reimagining of the comic book and game?

Jeez, Val Kilmer is looking more and more like Jeff Bridges every time I see him. And he's what ... ten to fifteen years younger?

In that photo he has the same constipated look that Craig T. Nelson always has in my opinion.

More like Beau Bridges, actually.

the new Universal flipper banner/crime scene tape is awesome! Has any other company been more consistently full of total fail than Universal in the last 12 years? I don't think they've managed to do a single thing right outside of the Legacy Collection - which was nice so of course they abandoned it after what, 7 titles?

Does it say he directed Black Girl and Xala, or was that fixed as well?

Well, they did do one other thing right - allowing Criterion to have access to their library. But other than that, yeah, Uni sucks. But hey, every village needs an idiot.

This one is laughably bad. Amazing. With all the work Roan put into remastering and adding extras, they need to hire a person who knows a little photoshop...

I saw these on DVDTalk but didn't appreciate that they would be more than placeholders.

Bravo Sony....BRAVO! I know some of these have been around for awhile, but their collective and persistent suckitude is truly astounding...

Yes, the Martini covers are a treasure trove of hideousness, but that Buttercup Chain sticks out the most to me if only because of the weird shape Jane Asher's hair takes around her right ear. Not to mention Hywel Bennett's barely-there beard. Although neither are the designer's fault (everything else is though)

I've thought of a rhetorical-question-as-tagline for Summertree: "What's a little Michael Douglas between friends?".
