Atom Egoyan to direct Chloe starring Julianne Moore and Liam Neeson. It's a "sexy thriller in the vein of Fatal Attraction." #-o

Peter Weir is finally making another film, The Way Back. His Shantaram with Johnny Depp fell apart just before filming due to "creative differences." Hopefully, Weir and Farrell will be more compatible.

Considering the source, "deplorable" is average for them.

Casey Affleck is directing a documentary about former actor Joaquin Phoenix's burgeoning hip hop career.

Diablo Cody is going to take an axe to Shakespeare.

There is now youtube video from this weekend's "gig". I think the Hollywood Reporter got the story wrong though. I don't think the documentary is about Phoenix's attempt to become a rapper, rather it will be about his eventual drug overdose/death (God forbid).

Well, if he's a rapper wouldn't his death come after a violent dispute with another rapper?

Why is Spielberg bankrolling all of Diablo Cody's projects? Is there something Kate Capshaw should know?

"Spike Lee" and "Sequel" are very strange words to belong in one sentence together.
