Sorry if this has already been posted, but I just bought it for 6$ at HMV and I was always shy to bring it to the girl at the counter:

In the category of "DVD covers that don't do justice to the film", this comes pretty well ranked.

Colorized covers are the worst, only more so when they're super cheesy like that.

I think like half of our thread about the movie was just shrieking in terror at the cover

Ugh. Don't remind me that my favorite movie has my least favorite cover.

The comedy Mama's Foot concerns two devoted sons who end up getting involved with unsavory criminal types in order to make enough money to help cure their beloved mother of a disease that is rotting away her feet. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide

Looks like that cover is in violation of both the health code and good taste.

This is apparently a documentary about white people who decide Indians were wronged and talk about it and then some Indians come over to talk about it with them and then they feel better. I'm not sure they understand that the Indians don't actually come from a different galaxy judging by the cover of their dvd.

I know, I know, picking on Alpha is far too easy and most of their covers I can handle-but sometimes they just outdo themselves.

Gotta give Alpha credit for locating that va-va-voom glamor shot of Hedda Hopper, though...
And the PARADISE EXPRESS cover does inform me that Maude Eburne is in the cast, so it conveys vital info.

That's a fairly dubious tagline. If you want to see it again, you can just, well, see it again. But the "going back in time" part makes it sound like you will also want those two hours of your life back.

Maybe they just mean that in a no-time-like-the-first-time sense.

Sigh, poor Anna Faris. For someone who is a reasonably entertaining actress, she has an amazingly consistently terrible filmography.

As in "the jokes are only funny the first time"? That doesn't help either.

In any case, this is a moot point, as everyone knows that when you travel back in time, you aren't deprived of your memory of everything that happened subsequent to the point you traveled back to. If this is really what the tagline wants to get across, it should be recommending that you lobotomize yourself (or naturally, if you're a minor, have a parent do it for you) and then watch the film again, as though for the first time! Then again, that probably doesn't do the film any favors either.

Perhaps it's just a roundabout way of telling you that the dvd is so shitty it will only play once before falling to pieces.

Actually, it wasn't terrible, only forgettable. I expected a bit more out of Marc Wootton, he was quite funny in La La Land but he was awful in this.

Whilst the original poster is quite great (MoC, please be reading!), it really could use a few Luis Trenkers down the sides.
