Surely Karel Zeman's films such as Vynález Zkazy belong to this list? They're the only Czech fantasy films that I know of, there must be DVDs of them.

The certainly should be on this list. As to DVD availability, I'm not sure where you reside saturnome, but Zeman's work is only available on graymarket DVD in the US, to the best of my knowloedge (though quite a few had been released legitimately on VHS). I would love a proper, restored box set ... Criterion, are you listening?
