The ads for that looked horrible. Who wants to watch a no name actor emote through a split personality trope? It didn't work when an actual C-list name, Christian Slater, had that show cancelled from NBC what, last year? They are not doing themselves any favors over at the peacock.

I'll admit to being intrigued when I heard about the show as I'm always up for Jekyll & Hyde stuff, but it just looked really stupid. I almost feel sorry for NBC who has 11 more episodes show of this and nothing to do with them except maybe stick them on Hulu.

I actually enjoyed the pilot. It was weird watching Sean Garrity as a brilliant doctor but after overcoming that hurdle and some lame expository dialogue, the show worked for me partly because it starts with the character well aware of his split personality and trying to overcome some mysterious mistakes he's made in the past, and I generally find shows intriguing that begin well into the character's disability and after the hinted-at wrongs have been committed. Also Pasquale plays the Hyde side with this evil glee that makes him enjoyable to watch. Hopefully NBC will let it run out the season before yanking it from the schedule

No chance, if it even makes it to air next week it'll be a gift

I did not know that about Christina Applegate leaving "Up All Night." I just hope NBC keeps "Smash" on long enough to air the Liza Minnelli episode.

So the Pasquale-Benanti household has hit a new TV low: the wife's "Playboy Club" lasted 1 more episode than hubby's show before it was yanked. (I guess she's doing better in that new sitcom with that "Friends" guy.)

Is the title of this thread pluralized?

Yes. Seems like it might have a longer life that way than if it were just for "Do No Harm."

The plans for the re-vamp
Up All Night sound like the show is basically going to turn into the last season of
'Til Death (which I still need to see based on that description).
