According to their blog, the dual format edition is nearly sold out.

When I ordered mine from Arrow on 19 March 2014, they were out of stock, but had stock on order. The dual format edition eventually arrived on 28 March. Arrow were - and still are - asking £12.99, which is about £5 more than I wanted to pay, but I had enough loyalty points to cover it, so WTH. And £12.99 was a lot less than buy-it-now sellers were asking on ebay, presumably banking on buyers' ignorance.
