The pool of blood could be the cat from The Grand Budapest Hotel, and the moon in the picture could be Moonrise Kingdom.

Without any color added, I'm guessing the Rose is the Bette Midler film.
I'm lost on anything else; hoping to look at a higher def pic and look it over some more.

Clock = ONE, TWO, THREE?

The car on the center of the bridge - Stanley Donen's TWO FOR THE ROAD?
The moon over the city - NIGHT AND THE CITY?
(Still flabbergasted by the unmistakable Llewyn Davis!)

The group of marching soldiers to the right could be for Napoleon.

Are the two Suns, before sunrise and before sunset?

Hi all,
The only ones that I can identify are The Fisher King (man fishing in boat), Inside Llewyn Davis (man with cat), Moonrise Kingdom (house with the moon above it), and The New World (colonial ship).
I am almost certain that the clock is referencing Billy Wilder's One, Two, Three. Also, another individual I talk to has stated that the man reading the map on the edge of the bridge is referencing Abbas Kiarostami's Where is the Friend's Home?

Suns/moon - TWO DAYS, ONE NIGHT?

Or the suns and the moon could be Day For Night.

Two Days One Night makes a lot of sense.

Is the whole image in a picture frame, or outside a window? Presumably that's a clue in itself.

I'm convinced by the suggestions of Inside Llewyn Davis (Holy Shit!); The Fisher King; Two Days, One Night; Speedy; The New World; and Moonrise Kingdom (that certainly appears to be Suzy Bishop's house). Still somewhat dubious about the others. Seems extra tough this year. What might the window itself represent?

The latter. See the latch at the bottom. Definitely a clue.

The house reminds me of Hitchcock's Psycho but that doesn't seem right.
