I wonder if this means Paramount is starting to loosen up on their licensing policy...

I think their policy is nothing they released on DVD/Blu already, and that holds for this, which has been licensed out twice in the US but not direct from Paramount (unless there was a Paramount UK edition, as this is a UK only title)

I have not seen this but remember domino liking it, and it certainly has a striking trailer that makes it seem a bit post-Scanners.

They're looking for the TV version with extra scenes if anybody has a lead on it (or to Tarantino, who apparently does but isn't answering their calls).
