Dora and the Lost City of Gold (James Bobin) - Perhaps unexpectedly, this turned out to be a fairly pleasant surprise. The trailer made it look like an Indiana Jones / Jumanji rip-off some years too late, but it's actually a pretty amusing riff on them (there's a running gag about Jungle Puzzles) and the conventions of the TV series ("I don't understand why the fox was wearing a mask! All foxes look the same!"). The cast are game, although more Michael Pena would have been nice, I laughed quite a bit and a good time was had by the whole family.

Agreed on Dora. I drew the short straw and ended up taking the kids to see it and was really stunned with how much I ended up enjoying it.

Also ended up taking the kids to see Angry Birds 2. I never saw the first one but it doesn't matter, the central premise is stupid and doesn't matter. At any rate there is this one central scene which is borderline genius in its execution of slapstick and toilet humour and I don't think I have laughed harder at anything in a long while. And this is so mystifying because the rest of the film is amazing in how not funny it is. I've never seen anything try so hard at throwing everything at the wall only to have nothing stick, except for this one scene which is where all of the effort apparently went.

His drunk history scene in Antman is possibly the best moment in the whole MCU.

That's the only thing I've seen him do comic relief in and I know domino's not the biggest MCU fan so I'm a little surprised by that declaration

Clearly you didn't see his tight five on blankets in Crash.

It was funny the first time, but when he did it in the sequel it was just sad

Agreed re: Antman though I dislike most all of the MCU too. I also recall him being quite funny in the Jody Hill world of Observe and Report and whatever season of Eastbound and Down he was in, though the latter I (clearly) barely recall.
