The Soda UK release of Two Years at Sea also includes the short ‘This Is My Land’, and there’s also a UK release of The Sky Trembles and the Earth Is Afraid and the Two Eyes Are Not Brothers. For a contemporary experimental filmmaker he’s been quite well represented on home video.

Ben Rivers - Collected Stories coming from Firefly Press.
Firefly Press wrote:"It’s with pleasure that we announce a new collaboration with Ben Rivers. The book Collected Stories is just what the title implies: a collection of stories, curated by Ben, written by contemporary authors who have influenced his filmmaking over the years.

Ahead of the retrospective Ghost Strata, and other Stories, taking place at Jeu de Paume in Paris from November 14-26, Ben invited fourteen authors to watch one of his films and respond in writing in any way they wished. Imaginative and surprising, the fables, essays and poems of Collected Stories come together in a beautiful celebration of the work of one of contemporary cinema’s vital artists, doubling as a testament to the reciprocal nature of inspiration.

The writers of these collected stories are Gina Apostol, Chloe Aridjis, Kevin Barry, Xiaolu Guo, Golan Haji, M John Harrison, Daisy Hildyard, Nathalie Léger, Vanessa Onwuemezi, Helen Oyeyemi, Iain Sinclair, Irene Solà, Lynne Tillman and Marina Warner.

The book will be presented and available for purchase at Jeu de Paume during the retrospective. You can also pre-order it now via our webshop; copies will be sent out at the start of the retrospective, a month ahead of the December 15 publication date."
If you are considering getting this and don't have a local shop that would carry it, I've had nothing but good experiences buying directly from Firefly. They tend to ship early (sometimes quite so) and quickly.

Very frustrating that Amazon.co.uk doesn’t seem to sell this to people outside of the UK (I’m in NL). Previous Second Run titles were usually available to (pre-)order without issues, but for this one - not available from Amazon, as of today. :( Anything that can be done here? (I know, there are other vendors…)

Has anyone found the Easter egg in this set? I'm guessing it's the film The Big Sink (1993) but I can't find it

It is, but I only found it on my computer via looking at the different files on the disc (1st disc IIRC). I haven't found yet how to access it through the menu.

I found it! (Thanks for pointing out which disc it's on.)
Spoiler
With the cursor on Old Dark House (the first film listed on Disc 1), click up
And it's a fun short, pretty different from his usual style
