The San Francisco film noir festival program is up.

The line-up includes many new releases of 35 mm prints of noirs that have not been screened since the decade of their release. This is a positive sign that the studios respect their catalogues and the great movement that was film noir.

Not to mention all the money there is to be made off the resurgence of interest in film noir among buffs!

(Sorry, I'm rather cynical about the studios' motives.)
