Peter Whitehead on DVD

To anyone who caught the touring retrospective at a local cinematheque last year, why isn't there a collection of Whitehead's films available on DVD?

Is there anywhere overseas where they can be purchased, or perhaps similar to the Warhol films, a small production co. producing ltd. releases? Why are none of these films available:

Wholly Communion (1965)
Charlie Is My Darling (1966)
The Benefit of the Doubt (1967)
Tonite Let's All Make Love in London (1967)
The Fall (1969)
Daddy (1973)
Fire in the Water (1977)

Plus all of the great 60's promo films he shot? Does anyone know if the UK "Pink Floyd - London 1966-1967" release is simply the outtakes of Floyd recording sessions filmed by Whitehead and used for TLAMLIL, or does it include the feature itself?

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to purchase these titles somewhere?

What are the slim chances that Criterion would devote a set to these films?

Literally five seconds' Googling for "Peter Whitehead DVD" might have spared you some embarrassment...

It's an excellent set - Whitehead-approved transfers, and a lengthy, revealing and highly entertaining interview. I'm not aware of any reviews other than the one I wrote for Sight & Sound a few months ago (not available online), but DVD Outsider reproduced the press release.

Okay, it wasn't available the last time I searched, which was a couple of months ago. Well that scratches off all of two films... admittedly the least interesting of his output. What about:

Charlie Is My Darling (1966)
Tonite Let's All Make Love in London (1967)
The Fall (1969)
Daddy (1973)
Fire in the Water (1977)

I know for sure with this one the issue is legal/rights. I'm gonna guess that could apply to some of the others as well.

Looks as though 'Charles Is My Darling' is due a UK DVD release very soon...

That's incredible - CHARLIE has not seen the light of day for years because of rights issues... The BFI WHITEHEAD disc is great - highly reccommended... TONITE LET'S ALL MAKE LOVE IN LONDON (along with PINK FLOYD LONDON 66-67) is also available on DVD-R here...
