How many people bother to click on these links? I browse this site to find interesting discussion on films I know nothing about. "Trailer" to me is not interesting discussion and certainly doesn't give me any incentive to click on the link and waste my time downloading yet another trailer for some bland Hollywood blockbuster.
So yes, thanks for the link and I may well use it when I've found out some more about the film, the director, anybody else connected the the film. I guess I'll go to IMDB or someplace since the OP isn't very forthcoming.

Sorry, just saw it and thought it was funny, so I decided to post it here. Plus, it's too early in the morning now to dissect why it is funny and why I think it would be of interest to people here.

I usually don't (mostly because I prefer to avoid trailers if at all possible), but since Sanjuro made such a needless and snide post, I decided to check this one out.
It's from the director of PRETTY PERSUASION, which definitely fell under the category of "flawed but interesting", and I suspect this one may go the same way. There's something a bit broad in a lot of it that I'm nervous about, although the final "crappy crappy crappy" made me smile, and I'm a sucker for Emily Mortimer ever since LOVELY AND AMAZING.
Anyone have any idea what kind of release this is getting?

I'll also agree that Pretty Persuasion was flawed but interesting. As for this film, it does hint at something darker and if it's less slapstick than the trailer suggests it may be worth checking out.

I saw Ebert & Roeper review one of Ryan Reynolds' movies a few years ago and one of them (I think it was Ebert) who said (paraphrasing) that he could be the next Chevy Chase. I think this movie might get him closer to that.
