I'm not really good at expressing my thoughts, but can say that I thoroughly enjoyed this. Gorgeously shot, well-acted (and a wonderful supporting job by Michael Wincott) and despite a protracted third act, it never overstays its welcome. The end heads in a interesting direction, which critics seemed oddly baffled over.
My only minor complaints: There are a few fairly generic flashback sequences, and it's initially amusing to hear how Neeson and Brosnan (mostly) cover their accents by continually speaking while either out of breath or in a gravelly baritone.
