Hey, they do! It's not as half-assed as I thought. Looks like it worked, too (I think anyways)

Wao, that seems to have done the trick. Links and images seem to link correctly.

Bravo Chris! =D>

Right on!

Sometime before Chris solved the problem, I had sent them an email bemoaning the fact that we would have to replace all of our links as well as asking why they didn't maintain both domains and couldn't they redirect, etc.
Thank you for helping us with this big project! We really appreciate it.

I know there were several other folks helping us out on the forum. If you want to let them know that we appreciate their help with making our new url change, feel free to have them email about their efforts so I can thank them personally.

Have a great weekend!

Best,
Cleo

man, all those .com boarders with picture signatures are probably writing the most strongly-worded Xanga entry right now.

Or, more likely, they're frantically creating polls to determine just how overlooked they are, the thread for which will briefly overtake the popularity of the classic thread "Bergman or Renoir?"

Beauty! Though now I fear that that extra link will bring in more traffic and I'll be deleting even more spam accounts. Yippee! But that is definitely cool of them.

Where's official criterion seal of approval? You need to post it in the forum logo...

Thanks Chris! As long as you don't delete my porn and pills account based in Venezuela by accident!

That sounds a bit extreme. What if they change their logo again? :P

Now that the forum is practically official, maybe we should invite Mr. Becker to a chatting session with the forum before he changes his mind.

I guess that would mean getting another tattoo :)

Would it be tacky to get the words "The Criterion Collection" tattooed across my stomach with an arrow pointing down to my junk?

Great idea, Antoine!
I'm amazed that they'd link to this board from the blog. I hope that the traffic doesn't overload the board.
Before anyone takes it, I'm getting the first fifty titles in the collection tattooed onto my shoulder blades!

I was thinking the exact same thing. We really ought seriously to consider this.

Whatever happened to "let's collect a bunch of questions and send them off to Criterion for answers"?

What happened was the last time questions were sent, "Mulvaney" never responded.
