Trailer

Oh. My. God. Not going for the PG-13 then.

All of the Rambo movies have been rated R, so I'm sure this one will be too.

I must say, whoever edited this is a genius....just saved me 10 bucks and 2 hours.

I'll skip this one, but will be looking forward to LINCOLN HAWK (the not-yet-announced Over the Top sequel)

That didn't stop Fox and Die Hard 4 from taking PG-13.

Oh, and I'm putting my vote for the next entry to be MARION COBRETTI! "This is where the law stops... and I start.... SUCKA!"

Maybe eventually there'll be MACHINE GUN JOE VITERBO. Now there's a sequel I'd pay to see.

Did Rambo literally punch somebody's head off?

I was really hoping that Stallone's next film would be Rocky Meets Rambo. That way he could have played two roles, a la Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Or at least they could have put Rambo back in the Middle East, where he's needed....

I can't even begin to imagine how a Cannes audience reacted to this. Rambo praying the rosary, then proceeding to decapitate and disembowel everyone in sight. Jesus H. Christ!

Oh, and yes, I can't wait to see it. :)

Pre-CGI process. They'll add the blade and connective tissue and blood later...

Wait - he drops a machete (that materialises out of nowhere) at the very end of the last shot. Awwww... :(

I think my favourite kill in that trailer (excluding the above) is the guy who gets shot with an arrow and then falls backwards onto a landmine.

Holy shit is right!

I didn't believe Sly could pull another Rocky off and he surprised me. I'll give him a chance with this, although this film looks so insanely violent I can't believe it's not going to get toned down or slapped with an NC-17. This is HARDCORE. Wow, I'm really surprised. This could be a kick-ass good time.

The new slasher of Burma. Poor guy must be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder from Vietnam.

I'd much prefer it if he just punched his head off.

Great trailer.
John Rambo really appears to be pissed off about something in this one.

I think this synopsis from the comments on YouTube sum up my feelings pretty accurately:
synopsis
Woman: Don't you want to help?? Rambo: Fuck those brown people! <later> Man: The white people haven't come back. Rambo: White people in trouble? It's on now!
God, this looks awful at best and not in the "so bad, it's good" tradition either. I'd much rather see Chuck Norris suit up for a big screen version of Walker, Texas Ranger as edited by Conan O'Brien.
