Interview with Leon Vitali. He talks a little about the HD remasters towards the end.
The bad news: no HD Barry Lyndon.

I thought this was the most interesting tidbit regarding the DVD releases:
This will be a first, as all the previous Kubrick DVD releases were in 1.33:1. I actually hope they keep the mono soundtracks and don't fiddle too much into trying to create "surround" sound. It also means that in HD you are getting the 1.85 you saw theatrically. That'll be converted into 1.77 or 1.78 --

Apparently here in Portland, our NW Film Center will be showing the "Complete" Kubrick.
I assume this means "most" as getting a copy of Fear & Desire would be a major coup.
I assume that it will include everything from Lolita onward (although maybe they'll also get their hands upon screening prints of Killer's Kiss, The Killing, Spartacus and Paths of Glory... and maybe the shorts... maybe.)
this looks like a good sign for a release from WB soon.
The new program should be coming out soon.

Is it true about the new Kubrick editions? I already have the Kubrick set and frankly, the one thing that I will change about is Eyes Wide Shut. They put in the "sanitized" R-rated edition, not the NC-17 unrated international edition, the movie that Kubrick originally intended. That's probably the only thing that will improve the set.

See above -- Leon Vitali has confirmed that a batch of Kubrick films have been remastered for HD, will be presented in their original theatrical aspect ratios and rumor is that they will be released in time for Christmas.
It has also been speculated that the international cut of Eyes Wide Shut will be included (not by Vitali but elsewhere in the webosphere).

The Digital Bits reported (near the bottom) that the unrated version of Eyes Wide Shut would be included. See here for the promo flyer that was included with the Matrix HD set last week.

The Digital Bits reported way back in January of 2006 that we should:
There was no mention of HD at that time, and this was in an article about upcoming two-disc special editions. It seems that Full Metal Jacket has now been added to the mix as well. I can't imagine that Warner would be putting that much time and money into special editions just for HD-DVD and Blu-Ray which still have a minuscule market share.Look for 4 new Stanley Kubrick SEs including 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), A Clockwork Orange (1971), The Shining (1980) and the original unrated version Eyes Wide Shut (1999). Each will include new documentaries and never-before-seen footage blessed by the Kubrick Estate (although don't look for deleted scenes - Stanley himself never wanted them released).
