Sony opens their vaults to HP

I work at a very large corporate computer reseller, and I just noticed today that HP has a bunch of mobile workstations now shipping with BluRay drives standard with the option of a BR burner as well.

I wasn't aware that BR burners existed yet (or am I thinking of HD?)

BR burners do exist but up until now I've only seen them being sold as replicators/archiving solutions. The HP laptops with BR are still more business oriented but I can only guess that more affordable, consumer line models are just down the line.
