Wow, what the hell is that. That's from the director of Adam's Apples which was a pretty good flick, so this one might be as well. What a shame.

OK, the tag line inside the white box.....big no no.

And why bother including the director's name if it's gonna be that small in comparison to the title?

French edition of Make Way for Tomorrow. I guess Rita Hayworth's face still sells better than Beulah Bondi's.

How does a still for Cover Girl end up on a cover for Make Way for Tomorrow? There's nothing similar about them. They weren't even made for the same studio.

But now that I think about Make Way for Tomorrow with Phil Silvers and Eve Arden in old age makeup as the parents, I'm really wanting to see that version.

I can't get over the awkwardness of that tagline.

They copied that "worn around the edges" look from Criterion.

Agreed. Did this ever find a DVD distributor?

Well, although annoying, it's better than what the Mccain/Palin administration is suggesting:

This is actually a really good movie, very funny. Mads is definitely the standout. The cover is bad though.

There's room for improvement on this one:

How do people get paid to do this work. Seriously I don't understand. Is it that easy to get a job designing dvd covers? Or is it all nepotism or something.

If nepotism has anything to do with it, I also blame inbreeding.

I think it is the pained expression to the camera appealing for help that puts across the idea that Mr Brown is in terrible trouble after attempting a particularly daring dance move.

2 Shows!
2 Shows - DVD Video plus Audio CD
Two Sensational Shows
2 Shows!
Double Dynamite!

They really want us to know there is more than one show contained in the package. I'm guessing that there may be two on there.

The Brown cover has been the first one in a long time that has made laugh out loud. Just look at his face! The fact that someone told him "Hey, do that split thing you do for promotional material" and Brown did it in what it looks to be a coked out moment is just hysterical.
