Mad Dog Morgan (Philippe Mora, 1976)

Mad Dog Morgan (1976)

While watching EzyDVD's sites I saw this Aussie western starring Dennis Hopper. Never heard of this before.

If someone has seen this then could you comment about this film.

Thank you!

Can anyone comment on the movie itself? I heard it's pretty violent but also a really good film.

Check out the documentary "Not Quite Hollywood" - it has quite a few minutes devoted to this film.

Quite the battle to get Hopper to keep anywhere close to on time and on script...

Someone I hate gave this to me as a present, so I'm having a hard time checking it out, even though as everyone has mentioned here, I'm pretty curious.

Oh, same here. The preview on the COMBAT SHOCK DVD did make it look intriguing, though not -possibly - quite my cuppa. If I get a review copy I'll certainly check it out, but I may pass it on to another reviewer.
