Maybe the Storch Trilogy by Jan Schmidt should also be included. It certainly is more fantasy than history.

You are right. I wanted to add Jan Schmidt trilogy, but wasn't sure. If only for Zdeněk Liška music.

Surely Karel Zeman's films such as Vynález Zkazy belong to this list? They're the only Czech fantasy films that I know of, there must be DVDs of them.

The certainly should be on this list. As to DVD availability, I'm not sure where you reside saturnome, but Zeman's work is only available on graymarket DVD in the US, to the best of my knowloedge (though quite a few had been released legitimately on VHS). I would love a proper, restored box set ... Criterion, are you listening?
