The only thing that pisses me off is that Mexicans have taken one of our Puertorican national treasures as their own. Every single damn movie about this creature says that it comes from Mexico. Damn!

It is Boricua? Our former President Carlos Salinas took advantage of the Chupacabras to deviate the nation's attention towards the multimillionaire stealing from us. When the Chupacabra fever went on here, it reached Telemundo and Univisión. Hence the probable belief that the Chupacabras is *mexican*.

I've always thought it never existed though.

Yep, it's Boricua. My girlfriend, who happens to be Mexican, explained to me the same thing that you said swingo. The Chupacabra myth started here in Puerto Rico, where several goats and chickens had their blood sucked vampire style. The mayor of the town where all of this happened, dressed up in Indiana Jones clothing, went on a "search" for this goat sucker, that was chronicled on the Discorey Channel. This was during the early 90's and it always was on the news everytime corruption allegations in the goverment flourished. Telemundo and Univision spreaded the word of the Chupacabra in the US and Latin America and suddenly, Chupacabra sightings began to appear in all parts. And then the above movies began production.
I've always thought it never existed though.
It doesn't exist, its just a big hoax. :^o

I'd always wondered what Treach (of Naughty By Nature) was up to. Now I know. Thanks for that

Paramount's covers are just getting worse and worse. It's hard to find one these days that doesn't look like the work of a five year old who just got photoshop.

Bloody hell.
It's extended because it has a new Lord of the Dance scene, like shown in the cover above.

Much as I cherish my Kino Keatons, the cover art is just about uniformly pig-ugly.

I dont think i know of a decent Kino dvd cover. They all use huge old fonts and garish primary coloring. Their art department must consist of old hippies from the '60s on LSD.
